Agreement to these terms
These terms apply to every engagement between you and Entrychoicebridge, whether the work is a one-off campaign setup or ongoing advertising management. By accepting a proposal, signing a statement of work or paying an invoice, you agree to what is written here.
Scope of work
Each engagement starts with a written scope. The scope sets out deliverables, timelines, reporting frequency and the platforms involved. Anything outside that scope is treated as a change request and quoted separately before we begin.
We may use subcontractors for creative production or analytics. We remain responsible for their work as if it were our own.
Fees and payment
Management fees are invoiced monthly in advance. Advertising spend is paid by you directly to the ad platforms and is not part of our fee. We do not mark up media spend.
- Invoices are due within fourteen days of issue.
- Accounts may be paused until an overdue balance is settled.
- Prices are quoted in Australian dollars and exclude GST unless stated otherwise.
Your responsibilities
You agree to give us timely access to the accounts, assets and information we need. Delays in access will push timelines back. You also confirm that you own or have permission to use any material you send us, including logos, video and customer data.
Ownership and intellectual property
Ad accounts, pixels, audiences and campaign data stay yours. We work inside your Business Manager or Ads account and hand everything back when the engagement ends. Reports, strategy documents and creative assets we produce for you become your property once the final invoice is paid.
Liability and termination
Either side can end an engagement with thirty days written notice. Fees already invoiced for work completed remain payable.
Our total liability for any claim is limited to the fees you paid us in the three months before the claim arose. We are not liable for lost profits, lost revenue or indirect losses. Nothing in these terms removes rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.
