Privacy Policy | Entrychoicebridge Australia

Read how Entrychoicebridge collects, uses and protects your personal information in line with Australian privacy law and the Privacy Act 1988.

Who we are

Entrychoicebridge is an advertising management company registered in Australia. Our office is at 1-13 Ridge Street, Bega NSW 2550. This policy covers the personal information we handle when you use entrychoicebridge.site, send us an enquiry or hire us to run advertising campaigns.

Questions about privacy can go to entrychoicebridge@gmail.com or to +61 2 6738 4921 during business hours.

Information we collect

We collect what we need to answer your enquiry or do the work you have engaged us for. Nothing more than that.

  • Contact details you type into one of our forms, including your name, email address, phone number and budget range.
  • Details about your business and advertising accounts, such as platform IDs and campaign history.
  • Records of our email and phone conversations.
  • Technical information sent by your browser: IP address, device type, pages visited and how long you stayed.

How we use your information

Your details are used to reply to enquiries, prepare proposals, deliver contracted services and issue invoices. We also use aggregate site data to see which pages are useful and which ones need rework.

We do not sell personal information and we do not rent mailing lists. If you ask us to stop contacting you, we stop.

Sharing and storage

We share information only with providers who help us operate: hosting, email, analytics and payment processing. Each of those providers is bound by its own privacy obligations, and we send only what is needed for the task.

Data is stored on servers in Australia and the European Union. Where a provider stores data overseas, we rely on standard contractual clauses or equivalent safeguards. We keep records for seven years where tax law requires it, and delete enquiry data that never turned into a client relationship after twenty-four months.

Your rights

You can ask us for a copy of the personal information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Requests are handled within thirty days.

  • Access: request a copy of your records.
  • Correction: ask us to fix anything inaccurate.
  • Deletion: ask us to remove information we no longer need.
  • Complaint: raise a concern with us first, then with the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.

Changes to this policy

We review this policy when our tools or legal obligations change. The date at the top of the page shows the last update. If a change affects how we use information you already gave us, we will contact you directly.

Still have a question about your data?

Write to us and we will answer personally, usually within one business day.
